Maintenance

Before every move in we have the apartment professionally cleaned and painted. We will conduct maintenance checks to ensure all appliances, plumbing, lighting, and HVAC are running properly and complete safety and security checks to replace batteries in smoke detectors.

You do not have to be present for a technician to perform work unless requested to. Service requests can be put in on your resident app where you can give our maintenance team permission to enter if you are not there.

If something in your apartment needs repair, you can easily submit a maintenance request through our mobile app directly or by calling or visiting the office during business hours to report the issue.

If you’re locked out of your apartment you can contact our emergency maintenance number, and a member of our team will come to assist you. Please be sure to have a valid ID ready to confirm your residency. We’ll help you get back inside as quickly as possible.

Amenities

Yes! We offer free parking for our residents.

We offer a variety of amentities such as; a swimming pool, 24/7 fitness center, 24/7 emergency maintenance,clubroom, outdoor grilling, dog park, dog washing station, bike repair stations, electrical vehicle, charging stations, package lockers, business center and library, community events and socials.

Our pool is open all year long from 10AM-10PM.

Yes, our community is pet-friendly! Some of our pet-friendly features include: On-Site Dog Park, pet waste stations, pet friendly walking paths, and pet events!

All of our apartments come equipped with essential appliances to make your life easier. Standard appliances include: Refrigerator, stove and oven, microwaves, dishwasher, washer and dryer.

Currently, we do not offer furnished apartments.

Admin

Application approval typically takes between 24 to 72 hours. Once your application is processed, we'll notify you of the status. If additional information is required, we’ll reach out to you promptly to keep things moving along.

You can use our resident app to pay your rent on the go, set up automatic payments, and track your payment history. You can also make payments at the leasing office during business hours via a cashiers or personal check.

Yes, renters insurance is required for all residents.

We offer two great options for internet and cable services: AT&T Fiber and WOW! Fiber. You can choose either provider based on your preferences and needs. Be sure to contact them directly to set up service in your apartment!

Yes, you can break your lease if your situation changes, but we do require a 60-day notice to provide enough time to process your request. Additionally, there will be lease break fees, which may vary based on the terms of your lease agreement.

You can set up your utilities through Huntsville Utilities, which handles electricity, water, and gas services. To get started, simply visit their website or contact their customer service to set up your accounts.

Currently, no utilities are included in your rent. You will be responsible for setting up and paying for utilities such as electricity, water, and internet through local providers. We’ll provide you with the necessary contact information to make setting up your utilities as easy as possible.

Location

Currently, there is no public transportation directly within close proximity of our community. However, we are conveniently located near major roads and highways, making it easy to access local services, shopping, and other amenities by car.

We are located in the Madison County School Zone.
